Out Of Country Firefighters

I would like to know your feelings on having Firefighters from Out of Country participating in live in programs at fire depts. Do you think this should be allowed?

At any time you're likely to find a group of out of country fire fighters at the SC Fire Academy. While at the academy for my instructor I we ahd lunch with a group from England who were there for ARFF. It was interesting to sit and talk w/ them and find out what was different and what was the same no matter where you're from.

Not only should it be allowed but it should be encouraged!

We had four brothers from Canada train with us for two days last year. Granted, it wasn't anything extended, but it was a neat experience and I'd like to see more of it.
