I'm looking for some help with SOP and SOG on fitness stadards. I want to increase the wellbeing, health, and fitness. I have done some research but having trouble finding written sop and sog.
I have been doing Crossfit.com for a about 4 monthes and have lost 20 pound and increased my fitness level 2 fold. If their are some of you that want to increase their fitness. Take a look at the web site its free and most of it can be done in a garage or small fire houses.
