MANCHESTER, N.H. - Fire officials in New Hampshire say no one was hurt when a two-alarm fire forced dozens of residents to evacuate a Manchester apartment building.

Investigators say it appears an electrical problem caused the fire Thursday at the Devonshire Village complex. Authorities say the fire began in a basement apartment and spread to the two floors above it.

At least one family was left homeless.
