Work towards senior Fire Investigator status....Attend the State Academy for classes ref to Investigations...Get better at things I feel weak at....Train and train hard........Paul

We would like to get an ISO survey completed for starters. Start a membership or subscription drive. Better training and recruitment are other areas we have our sights set on major improvements.

Who does your farm rescue in Ohio? Penn State does ours and its a real good program.

2009 goal is to stay employed and to closely watch the retirement fund.
On the fire department side; to increase membership, improve training, take delivery on new truck, improve ISO to a 5 and re-invent/re-invigorate our fire department.
