Crews from Corio, Lara and Geelong responded to a chemical spill at Terminals Pty Ltd, Corio.


Shortly after 1.00pm on Thursday 18 December, 2000 litres of methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) leaked whilst being unloaded from a ship berthed at the Terminals Pty Ltd facility in Corio. The leak was noticed by an employee at the site and the unloading process was stopped.
