BANGOR, Maine - Fire officials in Bangor, Maine, say an apartment building blaze has left 11 people homeless.

Assistant Chief Vance Tripp tells the Bangor Daily News that all occupants of the building got out safely after the fire was reported at 7:45 a.m. Monday.

Seven fire trucks were dispatched to the five-unit apartment building. Several people were treated for smoke inhalation, but there were no serious injuries.
