Event Description

Most fire departments do not have "official" Strategic Plans which serve as blueprints to actually reach a specific "Vision." This session will address how to get past the "business as usual" approach to planning, and will address how to identify and attack your department's problematic issues so that you can reach a specific Vision (where the department should be) for the future.
