Event Description

In the preparation of Standards of Cover documents; one area where confusion occurs is with the establishing "benchmark" and "baseline" objectives. This session will provide the clarification and understanding necessary to finally "Get it Right" towards identifying and preparing this important work. The attendee will receive answers to such questions as; What are Benchmark objectives? What are baseline objectives? What should drive their existence? What do we need to prove in demonstrating credible accomplishment? How can we establish organization compliance methods?
