Event Description

The symposium was designed in response to Fire Departments seeking information and answers to questions regarding the operation of Compressed Air Foam Systems. The use of CAFS by the fire service has had exploded growth over the last five years. Unfortunately standards and firefighting training techniques with CAFS have not been as fast. Currently CAFS training today is still basic, full of questions, and misinformation. This symposium will furnish information to improve CAFS safety, understanding, and performance for Fire Departments wanting to improve their firefighting capabilities.
