How old do you have to be to take your EMT?

16, which is when i got it, I'm 17 now
thats in the state of Maryland at least

its 18 here up in washington state.... i think around here you are able to take the course while you are 17 but in order to take the test you have to be 18....

In Oregon its 18.

Testing age is 18 in Kentucky... but you can be an infant to take the class just not the test lol.

Here In New York You Have To Be 18 To Take The Course And The State Test.

16 to take the class and test, but you can only ride as a third...still use your skills just not be the attendant in charge (aic) in va. at 18 you can be the aic
