Let's have some fun....Similarities between Marriage and the Firefighting(if you dare) LOL

OK folks...Here is a little thread to lighten things up a bit...I responded to a discussion a few minutes ago and I thought ....Hey why not have some fun here....so Here it is.....Give it your best shot...Open to all....Male....Female....and yes even you "others"....example....Both marriage and Firefighting have an "IC"(no its not me). Both involve a lot of heat. Marriage...counselor, Firefighting....Cause and origin. Both started with a small spark. Both are considered "strenuous activities". Both involve sweat and tears.....You get the idea....have fun with it and please don't get upset with it....it is all in fun......Paul

marriage and fire... don't turn your back on either or it may get out of control.
Once involved in either, you can never got totally away.

Marriage and wildfire - they both can spawn children. Known as kids and spotfires.

Marriage and structure fire - theyh can both get very noisy.
Marriage has a spouse...firefighting has PPV (nuf said)
Sometimes salvage and overhaul can last a LONG time
Either one can smother you to death.
Either one can explode without a moment's notice.
There's something really quite wrong with people who voluntarily run into either :)
Marriage and Firefighting.... Find em hot leave em wet.
Hey, You folks are as sick as I am......I think that's a good thing.....LOL Thanks.....Paul
Oh man....okay:

Every once in a while you find yourself asking,"How in the HELL did I get myself into THIS?"

In order to work perfectly, you should perform daily manitenance.

You should never forget who is the Chief, and who is the Indian.

Excellent communications will keep things from going to hell in a hurray!

If you don't trust your partner, it makes the job a lot harder.

For your own self-preservation, learn to "read the smoke"!!!

And this could probably be used in a thousand situations:"Try before you pry!"

TCSS
Marriage and Fires....At times both need to vent.
Marriage or fire. The longer you're at either, hopefully the more you love it, and the less mistakes you make at it.
Of course, as the old saying goes "marriage is made in heaven, but so are thunder and lighting" and we've all had those fires sparked by lightening!
"Spontaneous combustion" comes to mind......LOL... Or married redneck getting divorced and a redneck structure fire...either way...Somebodies about to loose a trailer......
Or to "borrow" a phrase from Chief"Bruno".."No matter how much you like it, someday you will get one you really wish you didn't have..." Paul
