USED BUNKER GEAR????
I am with a Volunteer Fire District located in MID-Missouri. We are looking for anyone who has access or know of anyone wanting to donate any used gear. We are looking for Gloves, Boots, Pants, Coats, and Helmets. We are incressing our number of members and are out of gear to supply them with. So I am asking the FIREFIGHER NATION to help us out. We don't have any but try going to any large paid departments or government run facilities, they usually have standards for gear and have to replace it fairly often.

I run a fire billing service and I have placed your request for gear with all my clients. I should be able to scare something up. Please post an address so I can send. Just curious as to how you increased your number of members and by how many.

Hey Dave,
Not sure what a Fire Billing Service is. Will there be any cost to us for any gear found? If possible can i get a list of items before you send. As far as recruitment, we are againa Volunteer Dept. and we just leave it to the general public if they want to serve there community. We have an interview process and then a voting process as well. In the last 3 months we have gained 5 new members and 1 Cadet. Hope this helps.
