Most people think that chili is the favorite food in a firehouse.Personally I havent made that for the kids in 12 years. They wont let me since they've tasted all the other dishes I've made. They tell me my ribs are their favorite for a main course, but my Portabella/Shrimp scampi appetizer is to die for.I don't do desserts or breakfasts but I kick ass on lunch and dinner.Let's hear what y'all do fer vittles....

Flag on the play. This is the Garbage Plate from Nick Tahou's in Rochester. Where is he from?
Cappy, Being a Marylander and growing up down on the eastern shore, I learned to cook a lot of CHICKEN, CRABS, CRAB CAKES, CRAB Fluffs, STEWED TOMATOES, Corn and PEAS. If we grew it , fished for it, crabbed for it or hunted it by gosh we ate it. At the fire station the guys really enjoyed my aunts Slick Dumplings & Chicken, as well as the famous CRAB CAKE.
I also really enjoyed cooking for those guys and they aquired a taste for OLD BAY seasoning on everything.
