Need a little help and advice

I have a company that does safety training. I've been looking to hire firefighters and EMT's on a part time basis. I've advertised here and on other boards but gotten very little response. I think I'm paying enough, $30 an hour for CPR instructors and $75 to S100 per session for safety trainers. Depending on the area it could be as much as 2-3 days a week to as little as once a week.

So why can't I get the response I need?

sounds good here, I know our instructors pay is in that ballpark

I would love to help you out Craig, but I'm stuck in Chicagoland! Have you tried posting to Monster.com or something similar? Out here they send an e-mail to all the F.D's in the area and they in turn forward it to their personnel. Hope this helps...stay safe!
