Union Contracts

Hey, our department is negotiating our union contract really soon and I need some comparisions. Our contract sucks and really puts FF's in a bind because it was poorly constructed and does not address current issues.. If anyone could email me thiers I would be grateful or if anyone has some tips on contract and negotiation please let me know thanks , you all are great.

If you go to http://www.serb.state.oh.us/sections/research/WEB%20CONTRACTS/WEB%2... you can see every ontract in Ohio that is on file.

This was in our local paper today, not a contract but could give you some ideas on what might need to be in there.
