Well I don't know about everyone else, but right now my fire department is doing the haunted house scene. Its kinda cool we where invited to help out at a haunted house in our district and the people running the show are donating some of the proceeds to us. I thought was kinda cool. About two months ago the new bank (well only bank in town now) donated 5 dollars to us for every account that opened with them. Which hey every little bit helps. Well we finally got our new PPF on truck its nice! a lot better than the old one we put on another truck. Now no one die of shock but we finally got a vent saw :O in the past 3 years since i have been there we haven't lost but 2 houses and they were on the ground before we got there. Around here the roofs are usually to unstable for roof ventilation, or the fire is contained to one room. I have heard talks of a new 3000 gallon tanker/pumper, but thats just talks. We would have to either build onto an outlying station or sell a truck to get something that big. All the new stuff goes into central station. Our department bought us all gear bags not to shabby. I think I lost my last one oops. We are getting a small boat for our lake that should be finished sometime next year. Glad our squad came with a tow package, but anyway it sounds like im rambling now haha well I hope everyone stays safe out there.
