Why I Joined Fire/EMS
cause it's cool, of course!

Seriously, I can't do the typical 9-5 paper pushing desk job. I would go absolutely crazy. I love the fact that I get to be outside and that my work environment always changes. I am always challenged.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
well, until a few days ago I would have said the camraderie. Now I'm not so sure.
Top Issues Facing Responders:
Burnout and retention. Also safety issues. It's important to insure that we all go home at the end of each shift.
