Hello and Welcome,
My name is Juan Montalvo.

Maybe you stumbled onto this site by accident (or by divine intervention), either way, I'm glad you're here.

Professionally, I have just recently retired as a Firefighter/Paramedic after 28 years.

My wife Mary and I have been married over 22 wonderful years and we live in sunny Boca Raton, Florida with our two awesome kids, Gregory and Kelly.

I love the outdoors. Living in Florida it is something we can enjoy year around.

Physical Fitness is very important to me, especially as I get older.

I really enjoy Cooking. I love taking, not so healthy meals, changing the ingredients and making them Healthy, Nutritious, and good Tasting

As they say, “You are what you Eat”.

After 20 years in the fire service and at the age of 40, knowing I still had another 10 years to go, I decided to train and compete in the: "The Firefighter Combat Challenge", as seen on ESPN. I did well and it motivated to continue to pursue and improve, my Health, Fitness & Nutrition lifestyle.

I became a certified Fitness and Nutrition Coach, and have been helping others for the past 7 years achieve there goals here locally in the South Florida area.

The power of the Internet and Web 2.0, has allowed me to expand my Coaching and Mentoring, literally worldwide.

My new found Passion is to help as many as possible, using modern technology to better their:
Physical, Spiritual, and Mental well being.

My life has changed dramatically. I feel so blessed to be healthy, wealthy, blessed and loved.

To be able to work from my home and do what I really love to do, which is spend time with my family. I am living my dreams.
