Currently I am in the process of being hired at East Knox Joint Fire District in Knox county.

My Training:

I am currenty a 240 firefighter/ EMT-B. I am due to finish paramedic school December 13, 2008. I am also ARFF certified. Currently looking in to joining the Air Force Fire dept.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I joined the fire service because it's something I had always wanted to do. I have family that do the job and I wanted to move in that direction as well. I wanted a job that changes from day to day and helps the community in a time of need as well.
