Why I Joined Fire/EMS: 3rd generation firefighter in Cattaraugus,my dad was Chief when he died and he had 32 yrs in.My grandfather had 25 yrs in.

Top Issues Facing Responders:: Lack of Fire Fighters in the Vol. Depts.The mandate of training hours scare off alot of people. Lack of funding.
