Top Issues Facing Responders:
Training and accountability. The fire service is like the medical field and I believe it's too much for a department, especially the small ones, to take on firefighting, EMS, hazmat, oil burners and underground fuel storage, and then throw commercial inspections and training on top of that. It's like anything else. Until something really bad happens, then they rectify it. All the great fires always lead to a code change.

    Hey Alan,

Oh yeah, we still have those white trucks! They just built a new station and are ready to move in hopefully by the end of the month. It's a combination police and fire. I actually just received my paramedic for years ago but was hit by an automobile while riding a bicycle training for a triathlon which rendered me as C4/C-5 quadriplegic. Stevie Cummings works and Sharon Massachusetts. The reason I am in Norwood is because I went through a nasty divorce and they stuck me in a nursing home while my wife took a half $1 million in my two boys. Do a my space or you tube search on Daniel iagatta or DI plumbing and that'll give you a taste of my last four years. Hoping to move back to Foxborough by Christmas. Stay in touch.
