Why I Joined Fire/EMS
Well I could sit here and tell you anything but its because I saw my father in his gear and always sneaking into his room and touching that badge. It was the best. Going to the station and seeing the trucks and the squad. stopping by the fires with mom to take the guys coffe and food. Yep just had to.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
its very rewarding helping others plus i dont know anything else

Stacy, it is HB 203 started in 2001 by our dept. and introduced by Rep. Charlie Wilson. In a nutshell you cant be fired or reprimanded.I notify new members employers by letter of the bill. So far its worked out.But I make sure its not abused. If its m-aid,car or something a few of us handle I send them back. Hope this helps Mike
