Greetings from Rangeley Maine U.S.A.

hello there Sarah, thanks so much for the warm reception.
cant wait to meet more of our brothers and sisters. may god bless us all.
everyone comes home! have a great week and hope we talk again soon.
I don't know much about fire - we have town and bush fire brigades to deal with that.
The SES is the jack-of-all-trades of rescue work. My unit does Road Crash Rescue, General, Vertical, Storm and Floodboat rescue, Land Search and so forth. Enough there to keep us fairly busy, especially in the storm season.
I am an old fart, so I stick to communications, operations centre work, and I do the media for the unit, plus a bit of dogs-bodying for the serious rescue people.
Thank-you, I hope you also have a nice safe weekend. Right now I'm pulling a 12 hour shift at the ambulance barn and then I have to march in a parade. I love it though.
