    Your welcome. We just lost a long time member yesterday also. He went in for surjury and seemed to be doing fine. He was moved to his room and just like that he passed away.     Advice on becoming a Lieutenant. Thats easy. Be willing to work alongside your co firefighters. Don't stop training. Don't give someone a job you wouldn't do yourself. Be able to spread the load of work amongst your firefighters evenly, not on any 1. Be vigilant in the demands of your firefighters, and always be there for them. (especially for equipment or training needs) Being of the command staff it is more important now than ever to rise above and beyond all you have done so far to hold yourself to an even higher standard of training. Last and not least, know what your doing. Making a bad decision in haste or without training could kill someone. Good Luck. Sounds like a large laundry list, but it is a piece of cake. Be well and stay safe, keep in touch

    Hi Bulldog16, Thanks for the friend invite thats awesome. It was great hearing from you. I use to work in a Pharmacy when i was 16 - 20 in the dispensary. I learnt heaps, and found it was very rewarding. I fight bushfires, or our ZNative State forest Wildfires. We also do prescribed burning as well.
