    I live on the 9th floor of an apartment building. The Fire Marshall told me the ladder only goes to the 6th floor. so in case of a fire he told me to call 911 and let them know what apartment I am in. We had a large fire on the 9th floor this summer one person died. I am trying to move to a building with only three floors, but their is a long waiting list. Elevators do not work when the fire alarm is activated and I am stuck till someone comes and gets me. IT Sucks.
