Thanks for adding me in Chief - wow I remember the Boston Ambulance Squad too - also remember when BEMS was running International Travel-alls for ambulances! LOL.
    Be safe out there!
  • Steve

Yes Im officially an OTB [Old Tired Bastard]. My first EMS job was with Chaulk at the old Westborough Speedway. My first fire assignment was on a 1972 American LaFrance Pioneer, formerly North Lauderdale E27.

    Need some help in Florida?
  • Steve

LOL no hes gone - dunno if he was canned or retired or what. I don't think you'd want to leave the comfy confines of your Floreeda Retreat for the mess that the Turret has morphed into. Is this what the judge had in mind when he sentenced us all to 'community service'? :D
  • Da Chief - Jim O'Neill

I worked with a good many of them, Most are probably gone, Timmy Hayes, Ralph Homer, Mark Neebe, Ronny Orso, etc. I'd work B-2 from 4 to midnight and then the Turret from midnight to 8 on OT. I worked midnights for a year between D4 and D-14 and then went back to evenings at D-11 before being asked to leave. I was the shop steward, need I say more??
