Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I have always had a large desire to help others. My ex husband was a firefighter when we met. he got me involved in volunteering and when I got into my first structural burn, I was hooked. It was love at first sight. I have been addicited to it ever since. All 3 of our children were raised in the fire dept. My 10 year old knows possibly more than most rookies.

    Thanks for the add! I gotta say I really like your profile pic. Is your department busy? I work for the feds, on a top secret site(not real top secret) that everybody knows about, its Mt. Weather. We have really started picking up in the call department here of late. We run a pumper, quint, brush, 2 scab cabs (sorry) and a hazmat unit.
