Why I Joined Fire/EMS
Started as a volunteer to help my small community. I realized I loved it so much, how cool it would be to do this all the time. I went through the fire academy and EMT school, and here I am all these years later.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
I make a difference in peoples lives.
Top Issues Facing Responders:
Budget cuts and manpower issues. Health issues and taking care of our brothers and sisters are a huge priority as well.

    Well I am glad you found me....Where am I at.....LOL....anyway where are you now??? I may not be at station 4 much longer either. We are making a leap and going with full-time Battalion Chiefs. So there are going to be 3 Captain slots open real soon...Cross your fingers and we will see. Take care...

    In the winter it gets a little harder to put the fire out LOL I'm from Ohio born and raised. Live in Oberlin just west of Cleveland

    Check out the some of the Groups, I have started up "Close Calls" an area to tell your story of what you did and should not of so others learn. "Roll Calls" this is another group that allows you to tell us about your station and district. "Trainers Corner" is another area that you can read about issues other trainers have or deal with. As well if your not a trainer you can ask questions or state concerns you have. If you have a hard time locating them just go to my site and look at the bottom left hand corner.
