    Filet it out in strips, wrap it in bacon and cook it under a mesquite grill. Put some jalapenos in the bacon wrap.

    just a tip for your chilie recipe if you want it to be even healthier for you use ground turkey i do personal chef work for a health nut and uuse it for lots of recipes that call for ground beef
