Why I Joined Fire/EMS: In short, family tradition. I grew up in the firehouse with my dad, a Battalion Chief in Atlanta. My grandfather was a District Chief in Miami. The service was never pushed on mew by my family, but it just seemed to be the only thing that felt right. Now, 1o years later, I love it.
