I'm 29 and Firefighter,College Student and holding down 2 jobs right now..How is this group work on getting to talk to other single female firefighters in NC or Nation? its hard to find the right person when you busy with school etc..

its too easy being a single mom/ fire fighter. you dont have to worry bout whether or not the man is gonna stick around or not because of the late night calls or interrupted dates. actually, it gets pretty lonely. ive been thinking of what it would be like to have a relationship with someone in the same field of work as me but wouldnt that be too hard? hmmm...

Hello all, I have set up a cruise to San Juan, St Thomas, St Marteeen. out of Miami. It is a 1st annunal firefighetrs cruise. Look over the event page or email me for more information. Hey everbody how's it going?

To introduce myself, my name is Dina. I am 41 years young and I reside in Davie Florida, which is near Fort lauderdale. I am a current certified paramedic/EMT and have been working for a private ambulance company for 4 years. I am currently working on completing my FF1 & 2 certification. I have to redo the fire academy. I will not give up. I will climb one rung at a time and never look down, and knowing that if I slip and fall, my firefighter brothers and sisters will pick me up with support and send my butt right back up. I am originally from New York and moved to Florida in 1990, I think, well before hurricane Andrew. I am the youngest of three in my family. I have an older brother, and a younger sister. My mom is still alive, but my dad passed away in 1990. I am single and have never been marrried. I have never found the right cuplin yet. I do not have any children, but would someday love to have children and have a wonderful husband to share his love for them as I would myself. I am a recent college graduate with my AS degree in Emergency Medical Services.Graduated with high honors. Right now as I mentioned before, I am working on completing my fire cert. I have had thoughts about going through the nursing program, but I haven't fully prepared myself for the challenging journey of going through it. What I enjoy doing for fun is playing sports such as volleyball, and basketball. I especially love skiing, when I can travel to a place where there is snow, I love to waterski, hike, camping, and other outdoor activities. In conclusion, many people have described me as a loving person who portrays many wonderful qualitities such as compassion, sincerity, genuiness, loyalty, responsibility, efficient, organized, nobility, and much more. I look forward to someday sharing my life with someone of the same interests in the fire/ems field. I find it easier for a relationship to have a clear understanding of what the other one is going through, rather than being with someone and them trying to understand what your saying and then eventually they loose total interest in what your saying. I look forward meeting my extended ems/fire family here on FFN. My pprayers to you, your families, and all my brothers and sisters in the FFN family.
