Why I Joined Fire/EMS: I joined because I was born & raised in the fire dept. & my Father had many years in the fire service & I wanted to carry on the family tradition, witch has now became 3rd generation with my son.
Top Issues Facing Responders:: I would have to say not enough manpower first off, second the new light construction.
