Gurnee FD and Mutual Aid on Scene of a Working House Fire in Lake Villa, IL

Woo Sung Shim - The Lake County Sheriff's Office, Gurnee FD, and Newport Township FPD responded to a report of smoke showing from a home at the 18700 block of W Meadow Grass Drive in unincorporated Lake Villa, IL. Upon arrival, command requested a working still alarm, bringing apparatus from Waukegan FD and Lake Villa FPD. The fire caused considerable damage to the roof and investigators were called after the fire was extinguished. This incident occurred on 8-1-19 at 3:30 PM.
