That is the triple layer load. Â Works great for low man power companies to rapidly deploy the hose yourself. Â The only problem we found with it is stretching it in to the 3rd and 4th floors. Â We use the minuteman so that the load is on your shoulder but deploys off the top easily unlike the flat load that always ends up as a bucket of $uc# on the ground as seen in your videos. Â

This looks like what we call a triple layer load. Deploys well, but not commonly used in my area
