another multi family goes up in Woonsocket, RI

Firefighters in the city have been keeping busy as temperatures and humidity remain high this summer.

This blaze on Olo St, in the cities Fairmount section erupted late afternoon on July 26, 2010. All occupants got out safely.

Heavy fire was showing from the rear of the 2nd and 3rd floors on arrival and extended into the attic. Companies initiated a typical aggressive interior attack but due to limited manpower, a 2nd alarm and out of town companies were needed to bring this fire under control.
