Hot Battle on Hot Night in Hopedale, MA
4 firefighters were injured battling this 3 alarm fire on Park St in the town of Hopedale, MA.
The large 2.5 sty house was well involved upon FD arrival shortly after 11:30pm on July 5, 2010. Companies were already taxed when they arrived with the heavy fire conditions, temperatures at almost 80 degrees made fighting this blaze more difficult. Several firefighters were treated for heat exhaustion.
All occupants got out safely.
