Grants for new equipment.

Morning everyone, I am a new Fire Chief that is need a grants to upgrade or fleet. Right now our new pumper is a 1991 Ford L9000. The pump is about wore out and we don't have the money to replace it or get a new engine. I am in search of grants other than the FEMA or the FLSA. Any Ideas would be great. Thanks
