TUCSON, Ariz. - Authorities say one of two firefighters remains hospitalized after they were injured while fighting a wildfire near the Arizona-Mexico border.

Coronado National Forest officials say the two USDA Forest Service firefighters were taken to a hospital Friday with non-life threatening injuries.

They say one firefighter has been released from a medical facility while the other is still being treated for first- and second-degree burns.

Additional details aren't immediately available and authorities didn't release the names of the injured firefighters.

Crews still are battling the so-called Bull Fire burning about 7 1/2 miles west of Nogales, Ariz., in the Nogales Ranger District of the Coronado.

Forest officials say the fire has charred about 4,500 acres, mostly in Mexico. At least 600 acres are burning on the Arizona side of the border.
