Is There Any Need For Self Defense?

Actuly this is very important issue 'Self Defence'. Is any need to take it and what kind of training is needed for that

Alicia speaking women to women, I think it's a good idea! I have read scenes and did all I could to keep myself out of situation and still found my way into them. And as far as the PD is concerned, well that depends on their relationship with the FD, if they don't like each other your basically on your own. I have learned over the years how to handle my own. Have you been put in a situation? send me a message and we can talk more. Our Assistant Chief (male) was attacked at a structure fire by a man. He started grabbing and pulling at his SCBA mask, he semi nicely removed the gentleman and another firefighter caught the guy before he hit the ground. The guy attacked him, so never less when the PD got there the guy wanted to press charges! The PD asked him which guy did it he said I don't know they all look the same! Never less to say the man dropped the charges cuz the Asst Chief was pressing charges on him! LOL! So just never know!
