EMS equipment

in EMS what equipment do you get when you get of of probation.

In our system, EMS and Fire are one in the same.  All members are state certified Firefighters and Paramedics. When the members complete their probation the only additional equipment that they are issued is a Department leather shield for the fronts of their helmets.
