Rapid Impact Assessment Resources

Anyone have any resources (documentaiton, PowerPoints, other stuff) related to Rapid Impact Assessment teams?

What they do, how they do it, how they're resourced, documentation/reports, etc?

You can try the MABAS web site, not sure if you can access the imfo. They currently have several teams throughout the state and I have seen them at work, a truly needed group in a large scale event. They don't run a scene but more of a whisper in the ear of IC.
