Okay gang, which song do you think is the BEST to use if you were going to make a fire video for YouTube?

I've seen a number of tribute videos using 'Danger Zone' by Kenny Loggins or 'Hero' by Nickelback. There has GOT to be more options than those two!

I believe the overall mood/feel of the movie (namely the content within the video) should dictate the music. Some music I am fond of include (but are most certainly limited to, haha) some of the following selections, which are not all suitable for movies mind you, but are an assortment of different pieces from many different genres.

Electronic/House
- Take Off by Trevor Jones
- Real Solution #9 (Mombo Mania Mix) by White Zombie
* Has a rather industrial, faintly dark, subdued quality to it.
- Six Days by DJ Shadow feat. Mos Def
- Smooth Operetta by Ian Livingstone
- One Step Beyond by Karsh Kale
- Blue Skies (Flux Pavilion Remix) by Jamiroquai

Rock/Alternative Rock
- Ain't No Rest for the Wicked by Cage the Elephant
- Another Way Home by Remove the Veil
- Protocol by 32 Leaves
- Running in Place by 10 Years
- Subtle Hustle by Clutch

- Blow Me Away by Breaking Benjamin
- Calling by Taproot
- In The Air Tonight by Nonpoint
- My Immortal by Evanescence
- Gravity by A Perfect Circle
- Save Me by Shinedown
- Fly From the Inside by Shinedown
- Feel Like I Do by Drowning Pool
- One Thousand Apologies by Demon Hunter
- Shine Down by Godsmack

Hard Rock/Metal
- Bad Company, No One Gets Left Behind, or Ashes by Five Finger Death Punch
- Debonair by Dope
- Superbeast by Rob Zombie
- Determined by Mudvayne
*Explicit lyrics
- Short History of the End of the World by GWAR
- Holy Diver by Killswitch Engage

Classic Rock
- Black Betty by Ram Jam
- The Midnight Special by CCR

Social Distortion - Ring of Fire

This is an AWESOME hard rock version of the Jonny Cash classic.

I wont back down- Tom Petty

You could use some of the songs from the Backdraft soundtrack. Those are good for fire videos.

I found a couple of good ones on youtube.

One is a old movie theme song for Cannonball Ralley by Ray Stevens and if you listen to the lyrics it would work.

The other is in Japanese but the beat and singing is great.
