Trading card help

Hi I am trying to make a trading card for my explorer post and i need help on figuring what to put on the back of the card in sentence form. Can you please help me here is some things about are post that need to be included.

young men and women ages 14 (and completed the 8th grade) through 20 years old
The group meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month, 5:30pm

And can u please also give me ideas on what else to put

Do they not teach sentence composition as part of your high school English classes?

They do but I was not in a regular class I was in a Special Ed inclusion class which means special ed teacher and regular I am dyslexic so I wanted some ideas on how to make it sound good on the back of the card
