How are people cleaning and disinfecting Camelback bladders that may be shared amongst a department?

Vinegar is OK, but it will not kill mold spores nearly as effectively as will Chlorox.
If you rinse adequately after using a small amount of Chlorox, you won't be able to taste it, and you will have more confidence that you've actually killed off all of the microorganisms that formerly inhabited your drinking water.

If you use Chlorox, you won't necessarily have to clean the Camelbak between every use, especially if you completely drain the bladder and drinking tube and store it at room temperature.
