also i'm gonna add that a couple of people on my department have a collage of photos on the inside shell of there helmets so they can be with them on every fire...

ive got a star of life on the back of my helmet with a streamlight vantage,bourkes and have a picture of my girl inside the helmet

I have a hurst and fools sticker and 2 wedges
I try not to deck my helmet out its heavy enough

ummm.... a pelican flashlight, an orange star of life decal that says "racing the reaper" across it, A 9/11 memorial decal, and an "in memory of 1884" (our fallen brother) decal

i have my firefigher rockers, star of life, streamlight helmet band w/ light. sprinkler wedges. and a star spangled FDNY, to honor those fella's.

Policy does not allow anything not fire or ems related. I'm pushing the envelope with a shamrock. Have an LED headlight.

Nothing but my required reflective triangles. I consider my helmet to be a tool. I don't put stickers and such on my hammer, so I wouldn't put them on my helmet.

I'm gonna put the american flag stickers around the top of my helmet, i ordered them off ebay lol

i have a reflective Maltese cross on the front , firefighter crests on both sides , streamlight led flashlight on the left side , 911 tribute sticker my fd number and my nick name on the back

Mine is unadorned but I carry all of the funeral cards from our lost members in my jump kit. There are more of them in there than I'd like.

Nothing.:(
We're not allowed to put personal stickers on our helmets.
We have the Firefighter one on each side and our last name on the back.
If we have a nickname it can be put on the back of our helmets above our last name with the Chief's approval.
