Go to the USFA website, they have the EVOC program for free.

EVOC..check with your local bus and UPS facility as they must pass driver training and the net is abundant there is no set in stone program at least in NJ that requires a driver train program by law per say in fact the fight over drivers having CDL is still a ongoing one especially in vollies but you can check with your state and local police as well
