Fire service dogs
My paid department is retiring our only working dog due to his age and health. I have heard through the hose line that our administration does not plan on replacing him. I was wondering if anyone has a work or a mascot dog at their department.

Belgian Malanois bomb dog named Gino who was also great with kids and so popular with all the station tours that we do.

I have two belgian Malanois names Honey and Gabbie.Both bomb detection.I just lost my narcotics dog here 24th sept..I know whaat your guy are going threw.

A narcotic dog eh? One day the dog trainer was holding a drug dog class at our station and hid something for the other dogs to locate in one of the side compartments on the truck and then forgot about it. Later that morning after they had left, we got a call and once on scene I opened the compartment to grab a tool and their was a big bag of Mary Jane on top of it!
