And I totally agree with the whole "step up" advise. I think more is learned quicker that way.

ya i dont know if you have ever seen this but some people kinda get pissed if you do it all the time lol so theres another little piece of advice

yes...very true. Where is the line of balance in that situation? While I was taking FF1, there was a fella who thought he knew it all and was the first to jump in and do something. Needless to say that there weren't too many kind words attached to his name. So maybe if you are absolutely sure you know how to do something, maybe that's the time to step back?
