Sad. Much money will be spent to defend what would not have happened if they would have heeded the evac order. Proves once again that there is no law against stupidity.

that is a perfect title for this forum. Pretty soon we as firefighters, good samaritins, and emts will have to purchase malpractice insurance. Thats bad we risk our lives to save theres and they sue us!!!!!

True, but you can find a attorney to sue for anything. Even if what you did was right someone can sue you.

ya but they did it to the medical profession next it will be us i mean paramedics can almost do as much or more in some states than doctors or RNs
