Thank you all. I understand you cant save them all...We lost a 5 month old the other day...I dont like that age 5 months every baby that has died on me was 5 months. Oh well its part of it...Cry a lil and let it go. Death is part of the job.. But to help someone keep his/her life is what its all about.

Yep that is true...I dont mind to hold some ones hand and talk to them when the end comes...Done it a few times...And trust me ive learned to talk My assit chief owns a store just down the road from the hall and Ill go over there after a bad call and talk to her about it...its Great help
